Why Raw Foods?
My expertise is in Raw Foods. I also grew up cooking the traditional way; whether it be Nigerian Cuisine, or Lebanese Cuisine, or even European Cuisine. However, since my journey into health, back in 2003, I have been experimenting with all types of cuisines, but preparing them all in a healthy way. Raw food cuisine is to me the healthiest way of eating, because it is packed with high enzymes and therefor nutrient rich. Since I opened Rawtopia, I have taught numerous classes, including continuing education at the University of Utah. I quit teaching for a couple of years due to being very busy with the expansion of my restaurant into its new location at Olympus Hills Shopping Center in Millcreek, Utah. Now that I am settled in, it’s time to start teaching again. It really brings me the most joy to share my knowledge about raw food and assist you guys in creating fast and easy ways to enjoy healthy meals!
