Established in July 2005, award winning Rawtopia restaurant is committed to supporting sustainable/organic agricultural practices.
Our mission is to feed you nutrient rich organic foods, leaving your body, mind and soul feeling satiated with health and vigor. Everything is organic, gluten free, and vegan with the exception of the use of local honey.
Our sweeteners are all organic; local honey, grade B maple syrup, coconut sugar, dates and agave. Our oils are all organic cold pressed and unrefined. The many benefits of raw food include preserving the enzymes, vitamins, and minerals that could be destroyed by heat. We bring nuts and seeds back to life through sprouting and our food is prepared using juicers, blenders, food processors and dehydrators at a maximum temperature of 118 degrees. The food is washed with purified water and takes at least 2 days to prepare.
